Through a focused 20-hour project (10 hours design, 10 hours development), I collaborated closely with the client's team to identify and overcome their conversion roadblocks. After thorough analysis, I implemented a streamlined variant selection system, reducing option overwhelm by organizing products into just three categories of best sellers, which significantly improved the customer purchase journey.
The redesign delivered a modern aesthetic that transformed their outdated site while strategically spotlighting new product releases. By simplifying the user experience and creating clear visual hierarchies, the landing page achieved a substantial increase in average order value while providing the brand with a contemporary digital presence that better resonated with their athletic audience.
