Speculative Fan-Made KitKat Ad

I made this fan-made speculative ad for KitKat because it comes from something really personal: those desperate moments I had as a kid when my emotions felt too big for my body. What I needed wasn’t to be told off — it was a small gesture of care. A hug. Sometimes a piece of chocolate. Something simple that could calm my little inner “beast” and bring me back to myself.
That’s the heart of this piece: “you can always calm the beast.” I wanted it to begin completely grounded and real, and then slowly slip into a handcrafted, dreamlike world — like the outside space turning into the inside of a child’s mind when everything feels overwhelming.
Process-wise, I used around 1,500 credits in Morphic. I started in Copilot to develop the storyboard, characters, and visual direction. Then I moved into Canvas, where I animated the Copilot-generated images, built the sound design, composed the music, and created the voiceover. I added sound moments wherever the story needed them (especially the “snap” beat), and finished by upscaling each shot to lock in a more cinematic look.
