Glue is an AI-driven communication and collaboration platform with revolutionary concepts on board designed to streamline communication and improve productivity.

Glue stands out in a sea of similar products, thanks to its blend of simple and unique ideas. Our primary objective was to find ways to implement these ideas effectively. Alongside this, we managed a design library, coordinated numerous meetings, and conducted design iterations and feedback sessions. My key responsibility was to oversee these processes, ensuring exceptional design quality throughout.

What was achieved

Consistency The Glue team's creativity was boundless, which made maintaining product consistency a challenge. A key task for our team, and particularly for me, was to ensure that all modules reflected the same changes, preserving uniformity across the entire app.

Design System The design system proved to be an invaluable tool in maintaining app consistency. Given the uniqueness of many modules, we focused on standardizing the basics while allowing for advanced, module-specific components to remain unique.

Speed of Building During Glue's early development stages, speed was crucial. We streamlined our process to enable the creation of new modules in hours, not days. This rapid pace allowed us to quickly test hypotheses and identify optimal solutions.

Flexibility Given Glue's cross-platform nature, available on web, Mac, and iOS, we developed a system of universal components. These components are versatile, functioning seamlessly on devices ranging from the iPhone SE to UltraWide 8K displays.
