I built an Excel tracker with filters for Lead Stage, Last Contact, and Next Action. I used it to track 5 leads, show 2 follow-ups due, and create a weekly report for the founder: new leads, follow-ups due, and closed deals. Built in Excel / Google Sheets so any business can use it.
