Turning Complex Auction Logic into a Clear Visual System

CloudX needed to explain a complex multi-round auction system.
I translated it into a visual flow that communicates how decisions are made—not just how the system is structured.
The original diagram showed the components, but not how the auction actually progresses—making the decision logic hard to follow.
The challenge was to make that progression immediately clear.
Introduced a single impression moving through rounds to transform the diagram from static layout into a sequential system.
Added priority, bidder context, and outcome states—so each round explains why the system continues or resolves.

A clear, scalable system diagram that communicates how multi-round auctions operate—designed for product, sales, and marketing use.
