The Julss Archive is an evolving body of botanical glitch art exploring what happens when organic forms encounter digital instability.
Across fourteen selected works, flowers carry signals, accumulate noise and eventually dissolve into colour. The archive is organised into four visual states: The Hand, The Signal, The Noise and The Melt.
Built for the wall—and ready to move beyond it.
ABOUT THE SET
Original drawing, digital intervention and deliberate distortion coexist throughout the archive. Each state reveals a different tension between the handmade and the machine: the line remains visible, even as the image begins to break.
THE HAND
The archive begins with the drawn line.
One botanical study. Two colour states. Before the signal enters and the image begins to shift.
THE SIGNAL — The image begins transmitting.
Botanical forms meet interrupted colour, digital interference and unstable landscapes. The flower remains recognisable—but the world around it has changed.
THE NOISE — The signal becomes unstable.
Pixel grain, repetition and chromatic static push the image toward visual overload. Dense at close range. Immediate from across the room.
MELT — The structure gives way.
Colour slips beyond the drawn line, edges soften and botanical forms begin dissolving into the surrounding image.
BEYOND THE FRAME
The archive can extend into album artwork, editorial, fashion, hospitality, products and physical spaces.
Existing works are available for art licensing and selected adaptations. Original artwork can also be commissioned in the Julss visual language.
