Korzo Národní is a grand celebration of freedom and democracy, an iconic event held annually in the heart of Prague. Drawing over 90,000 attendees from across the Czech Republic, this event has become a symbol of unity and national pride.

As the graphic designer for Korzo Národní 2023, I had the honor of crafting a vibrant visual identity that captured the essence of this great occasion.

In crafting the visual identity for Korzo Národní 2023, I drew inspiration from the event's existing brand elements, including its distinctive hand-written style and a color palette that contains Czech national colors.

Embracing these iconic features, I elevated them to create a fresh and cohesive visual language. At its heart lay the handwritten claim, "Časy se mění" (Times are changing), infusing the entire visual narrative with a touch of authenticity.

Bringing the celebration to life demanded a cohesive identity that could seamlessly transition from online buzz to the bustling streets of Prague.

In my second year contributing to Korzo Národní, the magnitude of the event and the team's trust filled me with pride. Working under time constraints honed my creative instincts, emphasizing the importance of enjoying the process. Seeing my designs in action on festival day, witnessing people interact with stickers, navigate with my signage, and read newspapers adorned with my cover design, is an indescribable and fulfilling experience.
