This is a concept architecture, not a completed client implementation. It shows how I would design a scalable Notion operating system for an early-stage brand.
The architecture
The model collapses 17 business areas into 8 connected databases: Projects, Tasks, Products, Partners, Contacts, Documents, Meetings and Finance.
Design principles
One source of truth per entity
Relations and rollups instead of copied fields
Projects as the operational spine
A dashboard that reads from filtered database views rather than storing duplicate data
Outcome
The proposed structure creates 0 retyped fields and lets a morning dashboard surface work due today, project stage, meetings and budget context.
