Creative Design & Web Development for ownpath

Role: Lead Creative Designer & Webflow Designer Duration: 1-Year Contract



Project Overview:

At Ownpath, my role transcended traditional design boundaries. Over the course of a year, I spearheaded various creative initiatives, ranging from crafting engaging marketing materials to leading the UI/UX design and development of their website using Webflow.

Detailed Contributions:

  • Marketing Collateral Design: Developed a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, email campaigns, and social media graphics. Each piece was carefully crafted to align with Ownpath's branding strategy and effectively engage their target audience.
  • Webflow Website Development: Leveraged Webflow's powerful platform to build a responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly website. This included site architecture planning, UI/UX design, and implementing interactive elements for an enhanced user experience.
  • UI/UX Design Innovation: Focused on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring the website was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally superior. Conducted user research, created wireframes, and iterated designs based on feedback.
  • Print Design Projects: Extended digital branding into the physical realm with print collateral, including brochures, business cards, and event materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.





Significant Impact and Results:

  • Brand Recognition and Cohesion: Achieved a unified brand experience across digital and physical mediums, significantly enhancing brand recognition.
  • Boosted Online Engagement: The revamped website led to increased user engagement and a stronger online presence for Ownpath.
  • Marketing Efficacy: The marketing materials I designed played a key role in elevating brand awareness and engagement.
  • Increased Revenue: My design contributions were instrumental in attracting more designers and aspiring product designers to Ownpath's product design cohort, contributing to an increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of approximately $30K - $35K.


Reflection:

This project was a testament to the power of design in driving business growth. My journey with Ownpath not only allowed me to push my creative boundaries but also to contribute significantly to their business success, proving the vital role of design in business strategy.
