Chrone is a B2B company focused on giving digital identity to many SMEs across the US. They aim to provide end-to-end digital platform-building services to small shop owners.

Chrone is built primarily for beauty & wellness businesses. Thus, they aim to convert the trial customers to paid ones by encouraging them through email marketing. This includes showing visually pleasing emails catering to their achievements with the product and how they can take it a step forward.

I started by picking a perfect branding outline for the audience with a theme that's easily relatable to the kind of users there are. This landed us on a space theme that resonated perfectly with the progress that needed to be shown in any business. The 4 categories of the business progress included -
