Context: I led the design of the Microsoft-backed Ella AI Chatbot Mobile Application, crafting a solution to support individuals managing anxiety. The aim was to create a reliable, around-the-clock companion that helps users navigate and alleviate anxiety through AI-driven support.

Problem: In a competitive market of mental health apps, it was essential to offer a unique and effective solution. The challenge was to design an app that provides dependable assistance while ensuring a comforting and intuitive user experience.

Role: As Principal Product Designer, I worked closely with mental health professionals and developers over several months, ensuring the app met user needs and effectively integrated AI-driven support.

Vision: My goal was to design a distinctive mobile app that provides continuous support and companionship for those struggling with anxiety, helping them manage symptoms with ease.
