About Bridging The Gap Foundation
Bridging The Gap Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating support services for the local community.
The project focused on creating a professional and accessible digital presence that would clearly communicate the organisation's mission while providing an intuitive experience for beneficiaries, families, employers, partners, and donors.
Brand Development
The client provided an existing logo as the starting point for the project alongside the organizations inicitive.
Building from this foundation, I developed the wider visual identity system, including the color palette, typography selection, visual hierarchy, and supporting design elements. The objective was to create a brand that felt trustworthy, professional, approachable, and reflective of the organization's commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
The resulting brand system established consistency across the website and created a stronger foundation for future communications and marketing materials.

Information Architecture
The website was structured to organize services into clear categories, helping visitors quickly understand available support programmes, donation collection and how to get involved.
User Experience
A significant focus was placed on reducing friction throughout the user journey. Navigation, page hierarchy, and content structure were carefully designed to help users find relevant information quickly and confidently.
Accessibility & Clarity
As the organization serves individuals with varying needs and abilities, accessibility and clarity became central design principles. Content was simplified, layouts were made more intuitive, and information was presented in a way that supports usability for a broad audience.

The website was designed to strengthen trust with beneficiaries, families, community partners, employers, and donors through a professional visual identity and clear communication of the organization's impact.
Mobile Experience
Equal attention was given to both desktop and mobile experiences.
