How Creative Misfits on the Pacific Coast Changed Culture Forever

For GOAT's campaign West Coast to the World, they highlighted the creative nature of skateboarders from the West Coast by interviewing icons such as photographer Atiba Jefferson, Paul Rodriguez who had the first Nike signature skate shoe, and filmer Ryan "Beagle" Ewing. With each interview, they presented photos and videos from the past and invited them to reflect on those moments.
My role in this campaign was Video Editor as I was tasked with helping take 20+ minute long interviews and cutting them into 1.5 - 3 minute long reels for the GOAT TikTok and Instagram pages with a combined over 4 million followers. Working with a creative director we cut out and highlighted important parts of the interview and sourced additional content to create a cohesive video.
