Developed a comprehensive strategy to enhance custodial datafeeds in the US market for a software product in the financial services space. Created and presented a financial plan to support budget considerations and executive decision making. Created a project plan and executed the onboarding of datafeeds based on a prioritization taking into account client impact and cost considerations. Extended the program to support the global roll-out of the product in Asia and Europe.
