Bring the core group together to discuss a visual current state map
Discuss and create a visual future state/ideal state map
Compare the future state to the current state identifying current process gaps
Review gaps and determine how to close them where possible
Implement solutions to close gaps
Visually document new/redesigned process
Debrief with the group to determine the next steps
