Organized and restructured the calendar

Organized and restructured the calendar operations for a solo real estate agent to eliminate double-booking risks and streamline weekly workflows. Prior to this optimization, property showings, client calls, and administrative tasks shared an unorganized schedule without travel buffers or clear visual distinction, leading to frequent conflicts.

To solve this, I designed a color-coded time-blocking framework that incorporates dedicated travel buffers between in-person appointments, batches administrative duties (MLS updates, paperwork), and includes a weekly recap block to proactively address scheduling conflicts.
