NCTNA Website Revamp – UX Strategy & Webflow Development

The North Carolina Telehealth Network Association (NCTNA) needed a modernized web experience that better served healthcare professionals and organizations across the state. The project began with a comprehensive UI/UX analysis in Figma, where I reimagined the information architecture, navigation flows, and visual hierarchy to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Extensive research into existing design trends and competitor analysis informed the use of clean typography (Bai Jamjuree & Golos Text), structured layouts, and an intuitive component system, creating a foundation that is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust. By balancing the professional identity of NCTNA with a more approachable, visually engaging design, I crafted an interface that simplifies access to vital healthcare resources.

Transitioning from design to development, Webflow was the ideal choice for implementation due to its flexibility, scalability, and visual-first development approach. I translated the high-fidelity Figma designs into Webflow with pixel-perfect precision, leveraging Webflow CMS to manage dynamic content such as healthcare updates and subscriber maps efficiently. Custom animations and interactions were strategically incorporated to enhance engagement while maintaining optimal performance, ensuring a smooth browsing experience across devices. By prioritizing accessibility and responsiveness, I ensured that the site remains fully functional and user-friendly for healthcare professionals working in various environments, from desktop workstations to mobile devices.

Beyond development, I fine-tuned SEO, Webflow’s performance optimizations, and structured CMS-driven content management to keep the site both maintainable and future-proof. The result is a cutting-edge, visually compelling, and highly functional website that positions NCTNA as a leader in telehealth services.
