Together with the guys at Union Studio, I worked on a website redesign and rebranding project for a big healthcare clinic in the US, Next Level Medical.

Next Level Medical provides high-quality, affordable healthcare for non-life-threatening conditions. With multiple locations across Texas, it offers fast and convenient medical care for injuries, illnesses, and minor emergencies. Patients can walk in without an appointment and receive treatment from experienced healthcare professionals.

Next Level Medical needed a complete brand transformation—moving away from the sterile, clinical feel of traditional healthcare to a warmer, more human-centered identity. Our goal was to reposition the brand as a trusted health partner, emphasizing optimism, care, and accessibility.

We developed a fresh, modern visual identity that balances professionalism with warmth and approachability. Through thoughtful art direction, we shifted the focus from doctors in lab coats to real people living healthier, better lives, reinforcing Next Level as a place of support and wellness—not just urgent care.

A key priority was enhancing the digital experience to make it simpler and more intuitive. We reimagined the Next Level app and website with a mobile-first approach, integrating tools that make it easier for patients to reserve a spot in the clinic or explore membership benefits.

The website required a full revamp while maintaining its core structure. Our approach focused on modernizing the layout, refining the user journey, and enhancing accessibility—particularly for mobile users, the primary audience.

With a mobile-first strategy, we optimized navigation, streamlined content, and emphasized clear calls to action, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. A key goal was to drive app adoption, integrating strategic prompts and intuitive pathways that encouraged users to download the Next Level app for even faster access to care.

Next Level Prime represents a disruptive shift in healthcare access. This employer-sponsored membership program enhances traditional insurance, offering unlimited urgent, primary, and preventive care. Our branding strategy positioned it as a cutting-edge, low-risk upgrade—giving employees peace of mind with comprehensive, on-demand care at no extra cost.

By making the brand more human, immersive, and digital-friendly, we helped Next Level stand out in a crowded healthcare market. This wasn’t just a rebrand—it was a shift in perception, redefining what urgent care can be.

As part of the rebranding process, I designed a range of templates and marketing materials for both print and digital. This included digital banner ads, social media posts, flyers, brochures, posters, and email newsletters, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all touchpoints. These assets were crafted to be versatile, engaging, and easy to use, maintaining the brand’s new warm, approachable, and professional identity.
