Sugar Skull is a tattoo studio that prides itself on being inclusive and welcoming. They needed a brand identity and website that reflected that ethos without resorting to the visual language that tattoo studios typically reach for.

It was important for the Sugar Skull website to be super playful. Bold typography, an animated star cursor, and the ability to draw on the page help achieve this, inviting visitors to explore the site for longer.

Bold typography, warm imagery and playful web design are complemented with an otherwise minimalist design approach. Without appearing sterile, the brand has a clean, neat overall aesthetic.
