Tasked with developing the Noles brand, I sought to create more than just a product; I wanted to craft an immersive experience that captured the essence of New York City's nightlife.
My initial research involved exploring the city's diverse neighborhoods, from the sophisticated Upper West Side to the bohemian charm of the West Village. I paid close attention to the atmosphere, the colors, the sounds, and the unique character of each location. This research informed the development of the flavor profiles, each meticulously designed to reflect a specific neighborhood and its distinct vibe.
