Rebuilding an Entire Shopify Store for an NFC-Based Brand
The co-founder of Tap and Rate, initially reached out for a homepage redesign at tapandrate.co.uk, seeking a clean, modern, and professional look. After delivering a successful homepage, I was invited to take over the entire store development, including all product pages, category layouts, and ongoing store management.
The problem
The existing store did not align with the brand’s tech-forward identity. It lacked a streamlined user experience, strong visuals, and scalable design to support a growing product line. The client wanted a design foundation that could evolve with the business.

Process
Starting with the homepage, I designed in Figma and iterated closely with the client. After approval, I rebuilt the homepage using PageFly. Based on the success of the first page, I continued by redesigning and developing the About page, Product pages, Category structure, and key info sections.
Results
The result was a fully redesigned, responsive Shopify store that felt clean, credible, and conversion-friendly. The new experience led to improved retention and sales performance, and positioned the brand as a professional leader in NFC tech. The client continues to work with me on ongoing improvements and future expansions.
