Étude de la Poste: A Premium Real Estate Brand
Étude de la Poste is a luxury real estate agency dedicated to upscale, chic, and elegant properties. The brand was crafted to convey sophistication, with a visual identity that aligns with the agency’s mission of professionalism, trust, and exclusivity for discerning buyers and sellers.
Project Scope and Design Approach
For Étude de la Poste, I developed a complete brand identity, beginning with a logo design that captures the high-end appeal of the agency and concluding with a fully structured brand guideline. Here’s what I accomplished:
1. Logo Design: The primary logo combines Tenor Sans for a refined look and Qwigley Regular in cursive for a personalized touch in “de la Poste.” A geometric element subtly resembling a house roof connects the logo to the real estate industry, while maintaining a luxurious, memorable impression.
2. Color Palette: I created a palette of sophisticated tones, including Gris Vert, Sage Green, and Warm Taupe. These colors enhance the brand’s chic and natural feel, with Soft Gold accents adding a touch of elegance to details.
3. Typography: The typography was carefully selected for character and readability. Tenor Sans provides an upscale, modern look, while Inter is used for clean, approachable body text. The Qwigley script font adds an elegant, personal touch for selective elements.
4. Brand Guidelines: I developed detailed brand guidelines that cover logo application, color usage, typography hierarchy, and spacing. This guide ensures that the brand is consistently represented across platforms and materials.
5. Imagery Style: The brand’s imagery emphasizes luxury real estate, with warm lighting and clean, wide-angle shots. The images focus on architectural elegance, capturing the premium quality of the properties Étude de la Poste represents.
6. Tone of Voice: I established a tone of voice that is professional yet personal, appealing to the upscale real estate market. This voice instills confidence and exclusivity, directly addressing the expectations of high-end buyers and sellers.
