AccelerateIQ Dashboard Design and Brand Positioning

Project summary

AccelerateIQ is a generative AI platform that helps B2B teams source and enrich leads with real-time, dynamic data. I was brought in to design the product’s central dashboard—a single hub where users could discover, sort, and act on their leads with clarity and speed.

Lead Product Designer & Brand Collaborator (Working closely with founding team, engineers, and GTM leadership)

Challenge

Design a data-dense dashboard that feels lightweight, scannable, and approachable—while reinforcing a new brand system and supporting scalability across future AI features.

Users needed immediate access to lead quality, priority actions, and performance insights.

The startup team needed a design system that would scale quickly and support collaboration with engineering.

Approach

Developed a modular layout focused on information hierarchy—surfacing the most critical insights up front while allowing deeper drill-downs.

Designed custom iconography and status indicators to reduce cognitive load and allow for at-a-glance decision-making.

Introduced a clean, neutral visual language with color used strategically for status, urgency, and categorization.

Collaborated directly with the dev team to ensure designs were cleanly implemented in code and flexible for future iterations.

Created a fully responsive design system and dashboard UI that became the backbone of the product’s beta launch.

Reduced user friction by streamlining the number of clicks to key lead actions.

The modular structure allowed for quick deployment of additional AI tools and visualizations, increasing engineering speed and team alignment.

Positioned the brand as more credible and premium within the fintech AI space.
