A nonprofit committed to a 1-year project with to improve engagement, a sense of community with volunteers and donors, and to keep their audience well informed through social media.

This client felt dragged down by the constant demands of Social media, community management, and content creation.

They posted regularly and believed they were having great responses, but didn't have time to pay close attention to their audience and create that sense of authentic community.

While they posted daily on Social, I noticed they were only hitting a small portion of their potential audience. This is due to SEVERAL factors.

They lacked strategy, a clear brand voice, an authentic community (and authentic content), and that strong engagement that would grow their channels how they wanted.

Growth 📈, Increase engagement 👍, create awareness 🧐, strong online community 🤝, and have aesthetic/cohesive branding and Social Media 😎.

Weekly, Quarterly, and Annual analytics on 2 FB and 2 IG channels

Community Management: Responding to all comments and messages, watching for any relevant content to us. Engaging with every share, repost, mention, etc.

Content Creation: finding that happy medium between trendy (reaching the audience) and keeping the brand voice intact.

Campaign Strategy: Pushing initiatives, keeping engaged followers itk, creative monetization strategy, and more.

Organic follower nurturing: With little money for Ad Spend, maintaining a steady growth in followers.

While this project isn't finished yet, these are the results 8 months in compared to the previous year.
