Reasons for Rebranding:

The NGO Women's League is creating career-focused courses for young women in Ukraine. To reach a younger audience (ages 13-25), we have been initiated to work on a rebranding project. We aimed to develop a fresh and inclusive design for the NGO.

Design Flexibility:

Since the NGO offers multiple courses, we developed a flexible identity system using individual symbols and a two-colour palette for each course. When combined, these colours form the overall brand identity.

Our decision-making process:

Our decision-making process led us to the innovative choice of using traditional Ukrainian embroidery motifs as our foundation. 
These symbols, which represent the historical labour of Ukrainian women, are being reinterpreted to reflect the modern, creative work of empowered women, inspiring a sense of pride and progress.
