Redesigned DigiLocker's emergency document-access flow

Redesigned DigiLocker's emergency document-access flow : the 30-second moment when someone needs to show an RC or license to a traffic officer - cutting it from 7 steps down to 3. Replaced MPIN and OTP with on-device biometric access for pre-pinned documents, added offline document caching so a weak signal never blocks access, rebuilt search around natural language instead of ministry names, and designed a separate high-contrast document view built for a third party (the officer) reading the screen, not the owner. A self-initiated concept project from an IxDF learning journey, built solo end-to-end: heuristic evaluation, research synthesis, personas, journey mapping, wireframes through to high-fidelity Figma design.
