Design of Panelo: AI Copilot for Interviews

Overview I designed Panelo, an AI copilot that helps hiring teams run better interviews and make faster, fairer decisions. The project covers a hiring dashboard and a live interview experience.

The challenge Interview feedback is slow, inconsistent and often written from memory. Skills get skipped, and good candidates drop off while teams wait on scorecards.

A hiring dashboard with chaptered recordings, candidate insights, a funnel with a bottleneck alert, and AI-drafted scorecards backed by evidence

A live interview room with a shared whiteboard, a coverage tracker, suggested follow-up questions and key moments captured in real time
