What was holding gamers from subscribing to GameTree?
The visual design of the app was outdated, and inconsistent design patterns were used

What were we trying to achieve?
Redesign the subscription interface with a smoother experience for users
Increase the subscription conversion of the GamTree App
Reduce user bounce rate on the subscription page
How did it go?
Reduced user bounce rate on subscription page to 11%
Increased subscription conversion to 7%
Successfully ran A/B Testing of the redesigned subscription interfaces and deployed the best option.

Why did we choose this option over others?
We reduced the number of membership plans from 3 (LFG Gaming, Dating, Combo) to 1. The reason is that our gamers didn't demand the "Dating Plan" much. Instead, Only the Gaming plan will have 3-period subscription plans.
After running A/B testing we decided not to repeat the “Select Plan” button and description copy for each membership plan, to reduce cognitive load. Instead, Only the Gaming plan will have 3-period subscription plans.
In order to not distract users' attention on the membership page we won’t show the navigation bar on the left and messages on the right as before.
