ServiceBell hired me to redesign their new analytics which is called analytics 2.0, where I worked closely with the founder and other stakeholders.

Initially, the project was assigned to only design their overview tab. Before starting the design I conducted user research to understand the current analytics' pain points and what data sets they would like to see. Based on the feedback received from users and data sets we had in the backend I decided to divide the page into 3 pages overview, rep performance and pipeline.
