Overview 🔎
Autovativ is a Shopify-based dropshipping website for innovative car accessories. I was responsible for the designing, development, product hunting, and then finally the marketing of this project. Autovtiv was designed and engineered to maximize conversions and provide the users with an elegant and seamless experience. Below, you may find some of the screenshots from the website itself.
Problem & Solution 🤝
Allan, my client, wanted an e-Commerce website for dropshipping. He wanted the turn-around time to be within 2 weeks and needed a website that was optimized for high conversion rates.

Process 🛣
I first created a wireframe in Adobe XD to have all the features outlined and to showcase features that can help increase conversion rates.
Next, I picked a theme. I decided to go with Debutify since it's an All-In-One dropshipping-oriented theme and offers tons of additional features. Another reason for using this theme was to meet the deadline.
After that, I set up everything on Shopify and made sure all the settings were in-line with my client's requirements.
Then, I installed all the apps required. Created some graphics using Photoshop and Canva to match the theme and add value to the user experience.
After that, I went all out on product hunting. Used some popular tools to find relevant products. Did some competitor research and found reliable sellers on CJ Dropshipping.
Lastly, after having added the products, and configured all the necessary tools, I started working on Facebook Pixel. Made the website go live and ran some ads to gather enough user data to make an informed decision. In the end, I automated the campaigns, and the project was delivered.
Results 🎁
Allan's old website had a conversion rate of 0.7%. It wasn't optimized for conversions and the ads weren't functioning well either. Contrarily, with Autovativ, he had major success. Since I added a lot of indicators that would encourage the customer to purchase something, and purchase in bundles rather than buying a single product, and also because the Pixel was properly configured, Autovativ's conversion rate was 4.7%.

Ahsan did it again! He saved my dropshipping business. I was constantly losing money on this project when I reached out to Ahsan. He went through my website and explained what was wrong. He revamped the entire system and helped me configure the Pixel as well. This is the first time my project is finally making me profit. Thank you so much, Ahsan!
