My Role: As the lead graphic designer and UI designer on the project, I was responsible for creating visual assets that aligned with the client's brand identity and designing intuitive user interfaces for seamless navigation

Challenges: One of the main challenges I faced was incorporating the client's diverse brand elements into a unified design language while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Approach: I began by conducting thorough research into the client's target audience and competitors to inform my design decisions. I then developed mood boards and style guides to establish a visual direction that resonated with the brand's values and personality.

Deliverables: Throughout the project, I delivered a range of design assets, including logo variations, color palettes, typography guidelines, and UI mockups. These assets were iteratively refined based on feedback from the client and user testing sessions.

Results: The final deliverables received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the client and end-users alike. The new brand identity and UI design contributed to a significant increase in user engagement and brand recognition for Shimana Ltd.
