Designing for Emotional Intelligence

Conscious Cards is a thoughtfully designed deck that sparks meaningful conversations and self-reflection. Each card features powerful questions about emotions like love, anger, fear, gratitude, happiness, and sadness—guiding you toward greater emotional awareness and deeper connections.

The visual identity is rooted in color theory, natural symbols, and names drawn from nature. Altogether, these choices evoke a calm mood and openness for reflection, making the deck not just a tool, but an experience that fosters emotional intelligence and authentic conversations.

In a world where digital connection often leaves people feeling more isolated, I designed Conscious Cards as a tool to bring back the ancient practice of gathering, sharing, and listening. Inspired by how our ancestors exchanged stories in circles, the cards invite people to slow down, reflect, and rediscover genuine face-to-face connection.

At its heart, this project is about designing for emotional intelligence — creating space for people to pause, feel, and connect.
