The casual dining and street-food market is heavily saturated with traditional, "safe" branding. New ventures often struggle to capture the attention of a younger, tech-savvy demographic that values experience and "vibe" as much as the product itself.
The goal was to create a brand that felt both nostalgic and futuristic—merging the grit of traditional ramen shops with the high-energy, vibrant aesthetic of a cyberpunk Tokyo street.
