My role is to support an individual who is balancing full-time employment with pursuing a master's degree. I assist her by setting up weekly, monthly, and daily goals, organizing her tasks, scheduling her activities, and ensuring she maintains a healthy work-life balance. By leveraging tools like Google Calendar, Google Drive, and various communication platforms, I enhance her productivity and contribute to her academic and personal success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
GOAL SETTING
Monthly Goals: At the beginning of each month, I collaborate with her to establish broad objectives for her master's program and personal life.
Weekly Goals: We break down these monthly objectives into manageable weekly tasks, ensuring they align with her academic deadlines and personal commitments.
Daily Goals: I set specific daily tasks to be completed, integrating academic work, job responsibilities, and personal activities.
SCHEDULING
Daily Schedule: Using Google Calendar, I create a detailed daily schedule that includes study time. Depending on what should be prioritized, the slots include reading, researching o, and working on assignments. The overall calendar for the day also includes personal time: time for relaxation, exercise, and other personal activities to maintain a healthy balance.

Rest Periods: I ensure that rest periods are incorporated into her schedule to prevent burnout and promote mental well-being.
REMINDERS AND DEADLINES
I send reminders for upcoming assignment deadlines, ensuring she stays on track with her coursework.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Assistance in organizing her research digitally using Google Drive, categorizing documents, and maintaining an efficient system for easy access and retrieval.
As requested, I assist with online research, gathering relevant information, and compiling it for her use.
I help format her academic papers and proofread them to ensure they meet the required standards and are free from errors.
