These guides are made by local experts recognized as such by Elliptic. In this case, I was chosen as the author of the Venezuela Regulatory Guide through my law firm.

For the writing of this guide there was no predetermined or mandatory format. However, to start with a reasonable standard of quality, my drafting process began by analyzing the rest of the previously published guides and designing a working outline covering the most important points in the other guides.

Once this outline was established, I proceeded to write the guide by adding statements that were directly verifiable through direct sources (local regulations) and indirect sources (independent experts who had reviewed the subject).
