About the project:
Our fitness project is a multi-version app covering workouts both at home and in the gym, with a unique division into high-intensity workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
Business goals:
The main goal of the project was to split the multiverse into separate applications. This was done in order to optimise the memory usage of the device and create targeted apps that fit the interests of specific audiences according to their training directions.
My role:
As part of the project, I was involved in customising the fitness app multiverse for each individual destination. This involved working closely with the product owner and analysing reports from users. My goal was to ensure that each app met the expectations and needs of the users.
During the work:
Developed three new visual styles for each direction.
Based on user statistics, prepared targeted screenshots for the App Store market.
Created a logo for each application.
Worked on the description texts for each application.
Result:
As a result of our work, we successfully launched three new apps, each app has its own style and targeting a specific purpose. We offered a gym version targeting man and women's versions for home workouts, and an app specialising in HIIT workouts.
