Emoji Mood Slider Animation Project

This project is a beginner-friendly emoji mood slider built entirely in Rive.

I created this animation to explore how blend states, number inputs, and smooth transitions can be combined to create interactive, expressive UI components.

The slider allows users to adjust an emoji’s mood, with morphing facial expressions and color shifts tied to the number input. I designed the entire flow in Rive using the state machine and feathering tools to achieve smooth, playful motion.

This was also featured in my first YouTube tutorial under my creative brand, Create With Timi (CWT), where I teach motion design and document my learning journey with Rive.
