Rebranding an Educational NGO for Impact and Privacy

Project Overview

An educational NGO in dedicated to providing education to parentless and homeless children, needed a complete website rebranding. The goal was to improve donor engagement, streamline sponsorship processes, and protect the privacy of the children under their care. Role: UI/UX Designer, UX Researcher

Challenges😅

Outdated Website Experience – The old site lacked clear navigation and interactive features for donors.
No Direct Donor Interaction – Donors had no way to log in, view sponsored children’s progress, or manage their donations online.
Privacy Concerns – Sensitive child information was publicly accessible, raising security and safety concerns.
