About:

Spearheaded Ting Internet's pilot project for Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) technology, accelerating product evaluation with a successful 8-week deployment in two MDU buildings (Charlottesville & Culver City).

Responsibilities:

Led the complete implementation process, ensuring on-time completion and exceeding deployment targets. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) crucial for evaluating HFC performance. Oversaw meticulous data collection aligned with established KPIs throughout the project lifecycle. Presented comprehensive findings and project results to both the product team and senior leadership.

Achievements:

Streamlined pilot execution, achieving a successful HFC deployment within an expedited timeframe of 8 weeks and a strong initial subscriber rate of 15% in both target MDU buildings. Established a robust data collection system, capturing critical metrics that informed future product development decisions. Notably, achieved download speeds meeting Ting's advertised tiers, exceeding customer expectations. Insights revealed a strong correlation between high download speeds and customer satisfaction (CSAT), influencing Ting's decision to prioritize speed optimization in future HFC deployments. Provided valuable insights to Ting's leadership team, enabling data-driven strategic decisions regarding HFC adoption and its potential impact on customer satisfaction and business goals.
