ZF Visa – Full Website Redesign, Blog & Newsletter Funnels

Project Overview We helped ZF Visa, a business run by former U.S. visa officers, fully transform their online presence and client communication strategy. Specializing in U.S. visa support, consultations, and online courses, ZF Visa needed a modern and informative platform to better serve clients from around the world. The project was completed in three major phases, including a complete website redesign and two marketing funnels that continue to run and grow today.

Phase 1: Strategic Website Redesign & Full Kajabi Setup

The ZF Visa project began with a complete reimagination of their online presence. Our mission was to design a modern, clean, and effective site that would reflect the credibility of two former U.S. visa officers - and make it easier for visitors to explore their services.
After an in-depth strategy session, we aligned with the client on the new direction, brand voice, and visual identity. We created a fresh color palette, refined typography, and developed wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma - all tailored to enhance user experience and conversion.
Once approved, we moved into full development in Kajabi.

Phase 2: Blog Funnel Strategy & Execution

Once the website was fully launched, ZF Visa returned to us with a new goal - to drive consistent organic traffic and build trust with their audience. We proposed a Blog Funnel, aimed at educating readers, positioning the brand as an expert, and ultimately converting visitors into clients.
We began by identifying content pillars that aligned with ZF Visa’s expertise and the most common visa-related questions people search for online. After client approval, we wrote and designed SEO-optimized blog posts tailored to each theme.
Each blog post was carefully created to reflect the visual identity of the site and provide valuable, easy-to-digest content.
Key Deliverables:

✅ Designed and published 4 blog posts per month on Kajabi, fully aligned with brand style
✅ Implemented custom Blog List, Post, and Search pages for easy navigation
✅ Created a submission form and a custom Thank You page for lead generation

Phase 3: Newsletter Funnel Strategy & Ongoing Email Campaigns

To deepen their relationship with subscribers and maintain consistent engagement, we developed a complete newsletter funnel for ZF Visa. This funnel was built not just to inform, but to educate, build trust, and drive conversions through strategic, personalized email content.
We started with a strategy session to define the core content pillars - focusing on timely topics, student visa tips, and U.S. immigration insights. From there, we created a high-converting newsletter layout on Kajabi and designed the first 8-week email sequence from scratch.
Each email was tailored to meet a specific goal: whether nurturing trust, educating the audience, or promoting services and online courses. Today, this funnel runs automatically, with our team continuing to support the client by creating 4–5 newsletters each month.
