Description: Guided Healing Pathways, a private mental health practice, faced a sudden Google Business Profile suspension—putting their ability to appear in local search and attract new clients at risk.

As the lead on the recovery process, I:

Identified the root cause of the suspension, including duplicate data conflicts and listing violations

Audited all online citations for NAP consistency (Name, Address, Phone)

Collected and submitted necessary documentation: business license, signage photos, interior/exterior office photos, and utility bills

Advised on website adjustments to align with Google's GMB policies, including location-specific landing pages

Managed all communication with Google Support to expedite resolution

Results: Profile was reinstated in less than a week. Their local visibility was restored, and new client inquiries resumed without further disruption.
