Role: Digital Product & Experience Designer
I connected travel records, reusable proposals, reviewed invoices and financial reporting in one operational system for Nordic Travel Incoming. The completed setup structured more than 3,000 records and reported up to 45% less time preparing proposals.

Complex information, a small team

Scattered records, repetitive document editing and disconnected reporting made everyday work harder. The main platform also did not support the company’s required German invoice format and process. The design needed to handle complex travel information while keeping daily tasks manageable.

Start with a shared data foundation

I helped organise more than 3,000 operational records into a consistent structure for the new CRM and its connected workflows. Hotels, activities, transport, restaurants and client information could become reusable inputs instead of isolated records.

Tailored proposals without rebuilding the document

I designed responsive HTML templates powered by variable data. Dates, travellers, accommodation, transport and activities could change for each project while the document’s visual and content structure stayed consistent.

Bridge the invoicing gap

I designed and implemented an API-connected invoicing workflow with structured review, controlled finalization and document generation in the company’s required German format. Human review remained an explicit step before the final invoice was generated.

Financial information the team can use

Reporting views turned the operational data into focused financial information, with simple navigation and maintainability for a non-technical team. The workflow runs from shared records through proposal and client approval to invoice review, finalization and reporting.

From strategy to handover

I led the workflow audit, architecture, UX, proposal templates, invoice and reporting implementation, scenario testing, documentation and team training. I tested real scenarios with the project manager and CEO. Shreyas supported data migration. Codex acted as a development copilot; I retained responsibility for the logic, design decisions, validation and final implementation.

Reported outcome

Reusable, variable-driven templates reduced proposal preparation time by up to 45%, according to the project’s reported result. The figure is a maximum reported saving, with no absolute duration or average saving implied. The delivered system connects more than 3,000 structured records with proposal, invoice and reporting workflows.
