Erica Oliveira is an independent real estate broker who assists people from their first real estate investment to the sale/rental of a property.

The color palette, as well as the typography, were chosen for this new phase of the company, with more luxurious, modern, and elegant characteristics, featuring straight and serifed forms.

The symbol carries three very strong elements: the window as a new vision of the realized dream, the initials referring to Erica as the intermediary of the entire process, which together form the key, representing the desired property dream.
