Lean UX for a Responsive Web App
The client for this project was a group of specialized accountants that calculated the research and development tax credit for large enterprises. The interview and calculation process was manual, with many parties involved. The client retained my group to create custom software to replicate and automate the existing process, so they could grow their customer base.
