🧭 Introduction

I led the redesign of the official website for MODO, a leading digital wallet in Argentina. The main goal was to modernize the visual identity, enhance the user experience across all devices, and better communicate the value proposition to users, merchants, and partners.

🎯 Project Goals

Refresh the visual design to match MODO's evolving brand.
Improve navigation and content hierarchy.
Build user trust through clear and professional UI.
Increase conversions to app downloads.
Improve SEO and mobile performance.

🔍 Research & Discovery

Initial Analysis:
Reviewed the previous website to identify usability and content pain points.
Conducted benchmarking with local and international fintechs.
Collaborated with internal teams to understand business goals.
Key Findings:
The old site lacked clear messaging around the app’s benefits.
Mobile usability and responsiveness were poor.
The design did not reflect the innovative nature of the product.

🧠 Design Process

1. Information Architecture
Reorganized site structure to streamline user journeys.
Defined clear sections for users, businesses, and partners.
2. Wireframing
Created low and mid-fidelity wireframes for key pages.
Focused on prioritizing content and calls to action.
3. Visual Design
Developed a clean, modern interface aligned with MODO’s brand.
Used visual storytelling and icons to simplify complex messages.
Designed for accessibility and consistency across breakpoints.
4. Handoff & Collaboration
Worked closely with the development team to ensure design accuracy.
Delivered responsive design specs and components using Figma.
