My Role
As the social media manager for HeroGo, my responsibilities include:
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conducting monthly analyses and providing strategic insights.
Content Development: Creating core content themes and maintaining a consistent content calendar. Optimize when needed.
Social Media Posting: Producing a minimum of 10 engaging posts per week, including Instagram posts, carrousels, reels and stories.
UGC Content Creation: Finding, managing, and communicating with UGC creators + scheduling all posts.
Community Engagement: Building relationships and driving engagement with HeroGo's online community.
Influencer Collaboration: Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Onboarding and Strategy: Completing an onboarding plan and initial strategy document.
