As the DBM, my role in this project is to oversee the end-to-end execution of an evergreen webinar, ensuring smooth planning, task delegation, and automation setup. I act as the project manager, ensuring that every aspect of the webinar funnel—content, tech, marketing, and automation—is executed on time and aligns with business goals.

Launch a fully automated webinar funnel with a structured lead journey from registration to conversion.
Ensure all tasks and deadlines are managed efficiently in Asana, with clear ownership and accountability.
Optimize performance based on analytics to increase conversion rates and ROI.
Expected Results
Time & Cost Savings: Client saves 20+ hours per week that they would otherwise spend on manual webinar management, follow-ups, and tracking.
Risk Reduction: Prevents bottlenecks and overwhelm by managing all tasks in Asana, ensuring accountability and seamless execution.
Cost of DIY Approach: Clients attempting to set up an evergreen webinar on their own would likely face 3–6 months of trial and error, learning how to connect webinar software, email automation, and CRM tools. There could also be missed revenue from a delayed or underperforming funnel.
