Presentation and Tender Documents Design - Woonslim

I’ve been working continuously with Woonslim, helping them design professional presentations for tenders, project pitches, and proposals. These decks needed to clearly communicate complex information (like housing types, floor plans, and sustainability features) while staying fully aligned with their brand identity.

The presentations often included technical details like floor plans, housing options, and construction approaches. My role was to translate this into a clear visual structure, making it easy for clients and stakeholders to understand at a glance.

I designed all slides in Canva, giving Woonslim a flexible system they could edit themselves. This way, the team can quickly update references, numbers, or project visuals without losing design consistency.

I created a wide range of slide layouts, such as:

Housing type overviews

Floor plans and diagrams

Reference projects with visuals and QR codes

Sustainability and process explanation slides

Photo galleries and project visuals

Informational slides combining text, data, and icons

By providing this variety, Woonslim can use the same branded deck for both technical documentation and storytelling pitches.

Besides presentations, I also designed documents for official tender applications. These documents are more text-heavy and had to follow strict rules and formatting guidelines. By aligning them with Woonslim’s branding, I ensured they looked professional while meeting all submission requirements.
