Website Design & Development for Figr

Figr is an agentic employee that lives on a fashion brand’s website. They are moving online retail from a static catalogue to an active guided experience. Figr allows brands to give every single visitor the high-touch, personalized attention, 1:1 personal e-commerce - at the infinite scale of software.

Coming from a product focussed website and position, Figr wanted to make the shift to a more collaborative, service based positioning. We made some fundamental changes to come across more collaboratively and open for brands to work with.

We swapped the font out from a sans font to a serif font, allowing a more calm and accessible feel to shine through the product. We also used more human imagery by implementing an element of nature. Taking colors from those nature scenes allowed the site to flow and have a sense of calmness and trust.

We introduced sleek and clean animations being a combination of Midjourney, Figma and Jitter. Allowing us to animate elements to not only let text tell the story behind the product. We started to design the frames in Figma, with those in mind, we started generating the models and animating them using Midjourney and upscaling using Astra by Topaz Labs. From there we took both into Jitter to turn it into a complete animation.

Taking Figr from a product focussed brand to a more service based business placed them in a totally different pricing and customer area allowing them to work with bigger, more refined brands and work as a service, not just as a microproduct.

Working on this site has been so much fun! Experimenting with different AI solutions and prompting until you finally get that exact result has been very rewarding for this project allowing us to have a new insight on content.
