Listed & Sold is a real estate business established in 2017, based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. I worked with Syneka Marketing to create a logo and base identity that could be applied to a variety of collateral. Rounded, sans serif letterforms and ligatures were chosen in line with their positioning as a trustworthy, family real estate agent. Colours were kept contemporary, whilst maintaining a professional appeal.
